A&Z is located in Hauppauge, New York with over 150 employees and 2 FDA inspected, cGMP, state-of-the-art facilities including manufacturing, warehouse and headquarters. Our commitment to global health and outstanding business reputation is the core value that keeps us going.
Emma Li Xu is one of the founders, Chairwoman and CEO of A&Z Pharmaceutical, Inc. Emma first came to the United States in 1995, with experience working in China, Hong Kong, and Australia. Ms. Li Xu not only expanded A&Z Pharmaceutical’s reach throughout the U.S., but globally. Through her efforts, A&Z was a finalist in the Large Business Category at the Hauppauge Industrial Association’s Business Achievement Awards in September 2012. Now the company has more than 600 employees and continues to flourish. She hopes to continue promoting a healthy, active lifestyle through her work and daily life.
Ms. Jodi Shafron-Kaplan is the Sr. Vice President, Operations, leading a team of scientific, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain professionals responsible for manufacturing and distribution of A&Z products.
With more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Ms. Shafron-Kaplan joined A&Z in 2016 as the Director of Human Resources and has been part of the key leadership team with increasing responsibility across a broad range of areas. In 2021, she assumed her current role.
Lisa Wang has over 20 years of experience working in pharmaceuticals.
Familiar with production, planning and quality management. Rich management experience and a team leader helping A&Z to achieve goals and success.
