Mojito Fruit Salad (Non-Alocoholic)

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups fresh cut watermelon
  • 6 oz blueberries
  • 6 oz raspberries
  • 1 lb chopped strawberries
  • Fresh mint

For the glaze:

  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all fruit together in large serving bowl
  2. Add freshly chopped mint
  3. Mix lime juice and powdered sugar in a small bowl
  4. Drizzle glaze over fruit salad and gently toss.
  5. Serve it up and Enjoy!
