- 4 cups fresh cut watermelon
- 6 oz blueberries
- 6 oz raspberries
- 1 lb chopped strawberries
- Fresh mint
For the glaze:
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Mix all fruit together in large serving bowl
- Add freshly chopped mint
- Mix lime juice and powdered sugar in a small bowl
- Drizzle glaze over fruit salad and gently toss.
- Serve it up and Enjoy!
